| Roles & Responsibilities | |
| – Training Development | Lead classroom and workshop development; Maintain training programs, materials, procedures, and assessments. |
| – Conduct Training | Deliver health and safety training programs; Assist in training and certification of trainees. |
| – Equipment Management | Ensure workshop and lab equipment are suitable; Source redundant equipment for training. |
| – Assessment & Quality Control | Develop and implement assessment systems; Maintain program quality standards. |
| – Reporting & Improvement | Compile reports; Suggest improvements to training programs; Uphold Institute Quality Policy. |
| – Communication | Extensive internal and external communication; Assist in developing program materials and customer presentations. |
| – Additional Duties | Assist with other duties or projects as assigned; Travel required for training and technical services. |
| Minimum Qualifications | |
| – Education | High school diploma or associates in a relevant field. |
| – Certifications | NEBOSH National or International General Certificate (Level 3) in Occupational Health and Safety; Qualification in operational Oil and Gas safety. |
| – Experience | Operational safety experience in Oil and Gas or construction; Compliance with OSHA Standards. |
| Preferred Qualifications | |
| – Education | Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Post-graduate qualifications preferred. |
| – Certifications | NEBOSH National or International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety; Membership with a professional body (Grad-IOSH). |
| – Experience | More than 5 years of training or teaching experience. |
